Método de preparación

  1. Preheat Wolf outdoor grill on high heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Slice the peaches in half and remove the pit.
  3. Brush the peach halves with olive oil.
  4. Place the peaches onto the grill cut side down. Close the grill lid and cook for 4 minutes to soften the peaches.
  5. Remove from the peaches from the grill and place onto serving platter.
  6. Drizzle the peaches with the raspberry yogurt and garnish with the mint sprigs.
