With nearly two decades of fine dining expertise, Derek honed his skills at upscale and Michelin-starred restaurants. Now, as Corporate Chef for Sub-Zero Group Southwest, he crafts exquisite culinary masterpieces using the finest, freshest ingredients. Beyond the kitchen, Derek enjoys family time, playing guitar, and has a deep appreciation for both metal and classical music.
